Online Orders

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original condition.

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be undamaged and free from any signs of use.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Have all original tags and labels attached.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase

The original receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided with any return or exchange request.

In-Store Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

You may return your order at our store, provided that the product meets all return conditions outlined above.

Online Returns

Online returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Refunds

Cairo & Giza (excluding outer areas):
The refund will be issued in cash when the returned product is received and inspected.

Other Governorates:
The refund will be processed through a bank transfer or money transfer after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Exchanges

For online exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement product will be shipped to you.

The replacement item must be of the same value. If there is a price difference, the applicable amount will be settled accordingly.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sale periods are subject to the same exchange conditions outlined above.

Please note that sale items may be subject to specific return or refund conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

Time Limit

All return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

Once the 14-day period has passed, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.
